THE EFFECT OF FOREST FIRE FUEL VOLUME ON FOREST FIRE CAPACITY, FIRE COEFFICIENT OF PINUS MERKUSII AND ACACIA AURRICULIFORMIS IN DONG HOI CITY, QUANG BINH PROVINCE

Abstract

Many studies of forest fire prevention showed that forest fire fuels and forest fire capacity have been a close relationship. So, it is very important to identify the effect of forest fire fuel volume on forest fire capacity and forest fire coefficient collected from experimental researches in order to address measures to minimize fire fuels before the fire season. In this article, the author would like to present the effect of forest fire fuels on the forest fire capacity and the fire coefficient of several plant species with high economic value. The research results will be scientific foundation for proposing technical measures to minimize forest fire risk in Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province.
