LAND ASSESSMENT FOR DESIGNING ECONOMY FARMHOUSE ECO AND FARM MODEL PROPERLY IN VINH LINH DISTRICT, QUANG TRI PROVINCE
Abstract
With an area of some 624 km2, Vinh Linh has the complex diversity of natural conditions. The status of exploiting, spontaneous local territory, lacking of scientific basis have been a degradation of natural resources that caused many difficulties for local residents life. Therefore, the land assessments for sustainable development of agroforestry in Vinh Linh district is very essential. Basing on studying of land characteristics in the researched territory, the authors determined 122 land units, 3 sub-eco-landscape zones.
The results of field-work survey defined 15 model types belonging to both farm household and farm economy with different structures and scales in each sub zone. The study designed 10 eco-economic models and 11 economic models that based on land unit and ecological sub regions in Vinh Linh district
