MINIMALISM OF TIME IN RAYMOND CAVER’S SHORT STORY

Abstract

Raymond Carver was an American outstanding short story writer in the second half of the twentieth century. Considered as a master of minimum trend, Raymond Carver is well-known for works write about ordinary moments but contain disasters in personal life with simple, modest, and little emotional style which make the readers surprised. The paper focuses on analyzing minimal time as a major characteristic of the art of processing time as the writer of this short story did.
