Abstract

Powders of detonation nanodiamond (DND) doped by boron and phosphorous atoms and sintered pellets made of respective powders DND were studied by the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods. The possibility of doping boron and phosphorous into diamond nanocrystals was demonstrated. It is showed that EPR and XRD methods can be used for diagnostics of doped diamond nanocrystals synthesized during shocked-wave process.
