PRODUCTION OF GRAPHENE NANOSHEET USING IN-SITU PLASMA INDUCED ELECTROCHEMICAL EXFOLIATION AND ITS APPLICATION FOR ADSORPTION OF As(III) FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION
Abstract
We describe a new and highly efficient in-situ plasma induced electrochemical exfoliation method which employs a plasma-generated graphite cathode and a graphite anode for the production of graphene sheets from graphite electrodes in a basic electrolyte solution in a short reaction time. The The The The AFM images revealed a lateral dimension of approximately 2 - 6μm and a thickness of approximately 3.0 nm, corresponding to approximately seven layers of graphene, based on an interlayer spacing of 0.34 nm.
