EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE AND ACID USING MODIFICATION OF CAO BANG PYROLUSITE ORE ON NITRITE ADSORPTION

Abstract

    Research of treatment nitrite in water using natural adsorbent Pyrolusite Cao Bang, theactivation of material conditions such as temperature and acidity were evaluated. Resultsshowed that the temperature and acid significantly affect adsorption efficiency. Hightemperature causes activation of adsorbed inert surfaces for nitrite. The maximum adsorptioncapacity for material activated by HNO3 reached 5.27 mg/g.
