INTRODUCING TOOLS TO IMPLEMENT THE TRANSPARENCY IN RESPONSE TO CLIMATE CHANGE

Abstract

The implementation of transparency in responding to climate change is an important issuein assessing the effectiveness of climate change response measures. Currently, a large number of tools have been introduced to implement transparency in responding to climate change worldwide. The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of each tool is important toenable the selection of appropriate tools that can be effectively applied in the Viet Nam context. This paper will introduce some of the tools used to implement transparency in responding to climate change and comprehensive analysis of advantages and
disadvantages as well as their applicability in Viet Nam.
