Abstract

Abstract: Developing critical thinking and critical competencies for students is one of the trends of modern education. For Vietnamese education, such tendency is an effective guideline for the goal of teaching students to develop their competence. Assessment and evaluation put a great impact on the educational innovation process. In this article, I would like to present the research results, on the proposed criteria of evaluation for student’s critical thinking and critical competencies. Through this result, it will help teachers and students have grounds for suggestions that enhance teaching and learning reading comprehension more effectively.
