Current situation of the Community Centers for Culture, Sports - Learning at some wards and communes in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province

Abstract

Abstract: The study aimed to assess the current status of activities of the Community Center for Culture, Sports and Learning at some wards and communes in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. There were 400 managers as central members and representatives of Communist Party and government in 20/30 wards and communes participated in the survey. Collected data showed that majority of participants were well aware of the operational functions of the community center as well as the conditions to ensure the operation of the center. Most centers operated effectively with a variety of content. However, there were still respondents who were not fully aware of the functioning of the center. Some contents were neglected in managing activities.
