Abstract

In the first 6 months of 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam has proactively monitored developments and made timely adjustments to policies. It has issued and implemented a synchronized set of tools and solutions contributed to macroeconomic stability, inflation control, and support for economic growth recovery. The achieved results are encouraging, but there are still significant challenges from various aspects. This article focuses on evaluating the guidance and management efforts of the State Bank of Vietnam,analyzing the difficulties and challenges in accessing bank credit capital for the business sector. As a result, it recommends several solutions to enhance the absorption capacity and access to  apital for this sector.
