Abstract

Industrialization and modernization have been the consistent and coherent orientation of Vietnam’s Party and State in national building and defense. After more than 35 years of renovation, industrialization and modernization have contributed to high economic growth. To meet the goal of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country by 2030 and envisioning until 2045, as stated in Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW issued on November 17th, 2022, by the 6th Central Committee of the 13th National Party Congress, in the coming period, it is necessary to continue comprehensively and vigorously implementing several key tasks and solutions outlined in the Resolution.
