Abstract

The article reviews the current state of development investment credit activities of the State in Vietnam in recent years, points out the results, limitations and causes of limitations in the implementation of this activity through the Vietnam Development Bank. On the basis of viewpoints, orientations and policies on policy credit development, state budget restructuring and public debt management to ensure a safe and sustainable national finance, the author proposes some views on the model of development investment credit activities in Vietnam in the coming time, and at the same time recommend the contents that need to be revised in policies to develop the State's development investment credit activities without posing risks to the Vietnam Development Bank and a burden on the state budget.
