Abstract

In Vietnam, the trend of financial integration started in 2000, until now, it has grown stronger and clearer, creating diversified financial service distribution channels to meet market needs. In the context of deeper integration with the region and the world, it is required that Vietnam's financial system increasingly innovate and diversify financial services combined with financial technology (Fintech). Links between commercial banks, securities and insurance companies are inevitable in the future. Through research on financial services practices in the US and Japan, the author proposes solutions to promote the development of this field in Vietnam.
