Abstract

The article evaluates several results achieved in monitoring activities, improving the responsibility of entities in the disbursement of public investment capital in the past time, and at the same time identifies some shortcomings, inadequacies and causes. On that basis, the author proposes solutions to strengthen the supervisory role and improve the responsibilities of the actors involved in the disbursement of public investment capital in the coming time, thereby, contributing to promoting and supporting Vietnam's economic growth.
