Abstract

In the context of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and its spread across the globe, Vietnam is the only country in the world that has been raised the rating outlook to "positive" by all three reputable international credit rating agencies (Moody's, S and P and Fitch). This result was achieved thanks to the Government of Vietnam's persistence in effectively implementing the “dual objective”, efforts of the people and the business community. Survey on the State Bank's efforts in
managing monetary policy in recent years, especially policies issued by the State Bank to support the economy and fight the Covid-19 pandemic, the authors recommend solutions for this work in the near future.
