Abstract

In the process of contemporary post-crisis and comprehensive integration, restructuring state budget for social and economic development has become essential not only to ensure state revenue and expenditure, rational state budget balancing, macroeconomic stability but also to create powerful fiscal policy to direct the economy. This paper evaluates the practice of state budget restructure and the initial results as well as suggests solutions to strengthen budget structure for social and economic development.
