The objective of the study is to describe health insurance coverage rates for the 11 ethnic groups. Research Methodology: Cross-sectional design, using face to face interview method with structured questionnaire. Results: The results show that the percentage of ethnic minorities with health insurance is 95.3%. However, there is still a certain percentage of ethnic minorities without insurance cards: the Dao, Mnong, and Cham ethnic groups with proportions of 7.4%, 14.3% and 14.5% respectively.

Village heads need to be more responsible in capturing demographic information and delivering and receiving health insurance cards.
