The innovation of corporate governance and requirements for the equitization of state-owned enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract
The mission of equitization of state-owned enterprises in the two years from 2014 to 2015 isextremely significant. The objective of equitization is to improve business efficiency of state-ownedenterprises, and therefore a mandatory requirement is to innovate corporate governance after equitization.Based on tbe property right theory, the article presents the requirementsfor the managementof stock companies. On the basis of analyzing the management situation of joint stock companiesat present, the article identifies requirementsfor the equitization of state owned enterprisesin the coming time.
