Some suggestions for managing State policy on the Vietnam's real estate market in the coming time

Abstract

    This paper makes assessment of the real estate market and the state management policy on the market in Vietnam in recent years and indicates some limitations. The paper also provides some suggestions for policy making of state management of the real estate market in the coming time in accordance with the market economy rules.
