Structure of State Budget Revenue at Hanoi: Current Situations and Solutions

Abstract

State budget is viewed as state’s revenues and expenses for conducting its functions and tasks. Once expense responsibilities have been designed, revenue of state budget should be defined because revenue of state budget in case that is higher than its plan is viewed not good since it is passive in expensing and causes arbitrary expenses. In contrast, if revenue of state budget is not achieved, it makes very difficulty in conducting social politics activities. So it requires revenue of state budget to be sustainable. Therefore in this study, authors analyze structure of state budget in Hanoi in the time series from 2008 to 2016, then give some suggestions for have proper structure of state budget’s revenue basing on the perspective of sustainability
