Abstract

: In the administrative and non-business units, each job position takes in charge of specific tasks of the organization, requiring the officials in this position to have the qualifications and skills to meet the job requirements. Along with the development of the organization and the application of techniques and technology, the skills and qualifications of employees in employment positions in administrative and non-business units are constantly updated and improved. Implementing the Government’s Decree No. 106/2020/NĐ-CP dated September 10th, 2020, on employment positions and the number of people working in public non-business units as well as step by step executing the roadmap of fiscal autonomy, Banking Academy has determined job positions
and trained employees according to job positions to meet new requirements. In this article, after an overview of job positions and training by job position, the author combined the synthesis of statistics on the training of officials and employees in the period 2008-2020 and surveyed data of the current status of training by job position at Banking Academy through a questionnaire to assess the current situation of this work, thereby proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of officials training according to job position at the Banking Academy in the near future.
