Abstract

One of the most attractive topic in management is employee performance improvement. The organizational justice is an essential factor impacting on employee job performance through employee motivation. Based on the Inequity theory, this study examined the relationship between Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of bankers in Hochiminh City. With the data collected from 327 respondents, the result shows that Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction have a significant impact on Job Performance. However, the relationship between Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction is not significant.
