Factors affecting credit development among business customers- A case study in Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development in Binh Duong Branch
Abstract
This study looks for factors affecting credit development among business customers at in Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development in Binh Duong branch (Agribank Binh Duong). The study uses quantitative methods with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) techniques and multivariate linear regression. Data was collected from 204 customers who was enterprises (DN) in Binh Duong province. The results of the study show that factors such as policies, bank credit processes, qualifications of credit officers, quality of information of enterprises, capacity of enterprises and bank technology affect credit development for business customers. Hence,the recommended solutions are suggested to contribute to credit development for business customers at Agribank Binh Duong province branch.
