Evaluating the Current State of Tourism Development in the Wild in Binh Dinh Province

Abstract

The article discusses the accomplishments and limitations of wilderness tourism development in Binh Dinh province. According to the research, sustainable tourism development has many positive benefits for stakeholders, including the community, local government, cultural and natural environment, and tourists. Although their effectiveness, sustainable tourism development principles have been challenged due to the changing world’s socio-economic context, political conditions, and institutions. As a result, the above components are important and necessary for the development of wilderness tourism. The author uses descriptive statistical research methods to collect data and describe the research results and the impact of wilderness tourism on people in Binh Dinh province, Vietnam. It reflects the gap between policy-making and its implementation based on achievements and limitations to propose solutions to develop ecotourism and cultural tourism as a sustainable approach.
