Current status and measures to minimize students’ deviant behavior in implementing regulations at Campus II of the University of Labor and Social Affairs
Abstract
The article aims to find out the current situation and some measures to minimize the deviant behavior of students in the implementation of regulations at Campus II of the University of Labor and Social Affairs. The research method used is a questionnaire survey combined with interviews. The research results show that the behavior of students is deviant, such as being late, skipping class, truant; being disorganized, working separately during school hours; using phones during class; do not wearing student body when going to school.
In order to minimize the student’s deviant behavior, the school needs to take the following measures: Collect students’ opinions on the set of regulations with regulations for student behavior in schools; Review, edit, and develop appropriate regulations; Propagate and educate students on the implementation of regulations; Strengthen the school’s management and supervision; There are sanctions to strictly handle violations.
