SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVING LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT CAPACITY OF THE FEMALE OFFICERS AT COMMUNE LEVEL IN THANH HOA PROVINCE TO MEET THE CURRENT MISSION REQUIREMENTS

Abstract

This study has shown the status of leadership and management capacity of female officers at commune level in Thanh Hoa province. In which, it has shown the
participation rate, advantages and limitations of leadership and management capacity of the team. Contemporary, it pointed out the development orientation of Thanh Hoa province in the coming time; requirements for improving leadership and management capacities of the current female officers at commune level. On that basis, some solutions have proposed to improve leadership and management capacities for female officers at commune level to meet the task requirements in the new situation
