Abstract

Ho Chi Minh is a model of working style and this is one of the crucial factors contributing to the success of his revolutionary life. It is essential for each Communist partisan, especially lecturers to learn Ho Chi Minh’s working style to improve the quality and efficiency in their work. In this article, with the analysis and study of Ho Chi Minh's working style, the writer draws out some key contents that must be covered by lecturers in general and lecturers of Hong Duc University in particular to achieve the goal of improving the quality of teaching, meeting the requirements of the modernization of higher education in our country in modern time.
