SOME SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE COMPULSORY TALLIES WHEN LAND IS RETRIEVED

Abstract

Land tally is a regular and important task when the State retrieves land. Land tallying does not only aim at assessing the status of land use and land conversion but also the planning of land use that has been approved with measurement, cadastral records, land  rights certificate. Now, land tallying is still difficult because many people do not voluntarily cooperate with the state agencies. When people do not cooperate, the government applies compulsory tallying to retrieve land. The researds raises difficulties when conducting mandatory tallying. At the same time, It mentions some solutions to improve the regulations in the process of conducting compulsory tallying activities.
