EVALUATING THE LEVEL OF SOCIOECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THUONG XUAN DISTRICT, THANH HOA PROVINCE

Abstract

Applying the concept and criteria of domestic and foreign research for evaluating the level of socio-economic development of Thuong Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, the authors propose a system of criteria and evaluate the level of socio-economic development of Thuong Xuan district according to the weighted - pointed method. As a result, by 2019, Thuong Xuan district had reached 108,25/200 points, meaning that  half of the goal  of the district will be achieved by 2030. To complete the district's goals by 2030, Thuong Xuan needs to conduct many breakthrough solutions to complete criteria 2, 4, 5, 10 and 13.
