ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF INDUSTRIALIZATION IN THE DIRECTION OF MODERNIZATION IN THO XUAN DISTRICT, THANH HOA PROVINCE

Abstract

Applying the concept and criteria for evaluating industrial territory in the direction of modernization of domestic and foreign research into specific conditions of Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, the authors propose a system of criteria and assess the level of industrialization along with the direction of modernization of Tho Xuan district according to the weighted - pointed method. As a result, by 2019, Tho Xuan district had reached 88,77/180 points, meaning that nearly half of the standard of a industrialized district towards modernization by 2030. To complete the district's standard of industrialization towards modernization by 2030, Tho Xuan needs to conduct many breakthrough solutions to complete criteria 1, 3, 4, 7 and 12.
