THE CURRENT SITUATION OF INFORMAL CREDIT IN RURAL AREAS OF THANH HOA PROVINCE - A CASE STUDY IN QUANG XUONG, HOANG HOA AND VINH LOC DISTRICTS

Abstract

The paper studies the situation of borrowing from informal credit capital in rural areas in Thanh Hoa province, specifically in the districts of Quang Xuong, Hoang Hoa and Vinh Loc; assessing the advantages and limitations as well as the causes of the limitations in the form of informal credit loans of local rural people. Based on this, recommedations are proposed to reduce the risks of informal credit.
