MORE DISCUSSION ON HOW TO WRITE THE NAMES OF ETHNIC MINORITY IN OUR COUNTRY NOW

Abstract

Because there is no official regulation, in various publications, words of
ethnic minority origin are borrowed into the Vietnamese language in general,
and the names of ethnic minorities in our country in particular, written in
many different forms. This inconsistent way of writing causes difficulties in
receiving information, sometimes even leading to negative reactions,
damaging solidarity between ethnic groups. This article will continue to
discuss how to write the names of ethnic minorities in our country. The
purpose of the article is, on the basis of learning about the existence of
different spellings for the names of ethnic minorities, to propose a unified
spelling for the problem at hand; create favorable conditions for receiving
information and meeting the aspirations of ethnic minorities.
