Abstract

The paper focuses on identifying and analyzing risk managememt strategies of workers during their work life, expectedly full of difficulties and risks, in the industrial parks. One of those strategies is relying on their bond with relatives and fellowmen. It is due to the fact that in the current situation that their major as well as the strongest source of social capital is the mutual attachment to their acquaintance, relatives, and fellow citizens.
