About some measures to hunger eradication and poverty reduction in Dak Nong (case study of local ethic people, indigenous people)

Abstract

Dak Nong is a mountainous province where many ethnic groups reside. In recent years, the authorities’ support and the community's efforts to reduce poverty have gained certain results. However, hunger eradication and poverty reduction among local ethnic minorities still face many difficulties which need to find some proper solutions to suit the specific conditions of the locality. To be able to sustainably implement hunger eradication and poverty reduction, much more efforts should be made with different solutions. Our paper, based on researches on hunger eradication and poverty reduction in some areas in recent years, suggests some solutions for hunger eradication and poverty reduction to harvest good results in the specific context of Dak Nong.
