Abstract

Advancing to socialism is a consistent goal that our entire Party and people have chosen and are striving to realize. Master and respect objective laws, grasp common issues but need to be very flexible and proactive, based on specific conditions in each stage to make the right decisions. Identifying and resolving the relationship between the universality and specificity of the cause of building socialism in our country is important.
