Advancing digital competencies among public officials and civil servants as a critical imperative in the context of national digital transformation

Abstract

The digital transformation process has been posing the requirement to build and develop digital skills for workers, especially civil servants, to adapt to the new context. The article focuses on analyzing the digital skills required for civil servants in the current period and discusses some proposals to help build the necessary digital skills mentioned above in the context of digital transformation in Vietnam.
