Refuting the misconception that organizational restructuring reflects the inherent weakness of the socialist political system

Abstract

In the context of Vietnam promoting administrative reform, building a socialist rule-of-law state and deep integration, the reorganization of the apparatus is no longer an option, but has become an inevitable requirement. This is a strategic step, reflecting the high political determination of the Party and the State. However, hostile forces argue that: "the reorganization of the apparatus is a manifestation of the weakness of the socialist political system". The article fights against that argument, at the same time, affirms that the policy of reorganization of the apparatus is completely correct, demonstrating self-renewal to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, optimizing resources for sustainable development.
