Ho Chi Minh’s dialectical principle of “immutability amidst change” and its contemporary relevance for Vietnamese youth

Abstract

The philosophy of "immutability amidst change” is a guiding principle and motto of action in the process of leading the revolution of President Ho Chi Minh, thanks to which the Vietnamese revolution overcame all difficulties and challenges, achieving victory after victory. The article analyzes the content of Ho Chi Minh’s philosophy of “Dĩ bất biến, ứng thiên biến” (Responding to all changes), the value of this philosophy for the training of Vietnamese youth in the current context.
