MEASURES INTEGRATING HUE CULTURAL EDUCATION THROUGH FAMILIARIZING CHILDREN WITH LITERARY ACTIVITY
Abstract
The preschool education program aims to help children develop physically, emotionally, intellectually, and aesthetically, to form the first elements of personality, preparing children for first grade. In order to comprehensively develop personality, especially in the field of language for preschool children, teachers have used a variety of modern teaching methods. The article uses the method of scientific observation, theoretical research, analysis, and summarization of educational experience to synthesize a number of theoretical issues and the current reality of culturally integrated education. This study proposes some forms and methods for integrated teaching of local culture (Hue culture) in activities of familiarizing children with literary works in order to help children develop language, and literary appreciation capacity, promote and arouse traditional cultural values of the nation in the spiritual life of kids living in Thua Thien Hue province. The research results on forms and methods of this article help teachers teaching at preschool educational institutions apply flexibly to innovate teaching methods, improve teaching quality effectively, and move towards building a happy preschool learning environment according to the orientation of the new program.
