EDUCATING CHILDREN IN SOUTHERN CHILDREN’S LITERATURE PERIOD 1954 - 1975
Abstract
The core value in educationg children to nurture them to develop in all aspects, to build them to become courageous, straightforward and positivie people. To attain highly effeciency, there is also an important combination of literature besides education from family, school, society. The survey subjects are to bring the values of moral education such as loving and respecting grandparents, parents, teachers; compassion and forming essential life skills. The object of the research is prose works written for children in the South in the period 1954-1975. The research uses the methods such as statistical, classify, analytical and synthesis. The results of the article contribute materials to the research and teaching of children’s literature in the Preschool and Primary school systems at Universities and Colleges.
