Abstract

Quantum computing is a field that is still very new and does not have a commonly used product yet. This paper provides an overview of quantum computing and evaluates research from the birth of quantum computing to the present day. The analysis covers various aspects, such as the birth of quantum computing, its developmental progress, and questions related to prospects, visions, challenges, and opportunities. It also explains the power of quantum computing, which is based on the principles of quantum mechanics such as quantum superposition, quantum entanglement, and the uncertainty principle. The methodology used in this study involves analyzing, synthesizing, and comparing information to draw valuable conclusions and comments. This article is useful for those who are starting to study quantum computers, as it provides an overview of the field and offers guidance for research work. Additionally, it can aid regulators, governments, and other organizations in making decisions and policies related to quantum computing platforms.
