Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the current situation of developing teachers who organize career-oriented experiential activities in high schools in Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province. To carry out this study, a survey on 180 administrators and teachers with a 4-level Likert scale was conducted. The results were then processed using the SPSS 20.0 application to calculate the mean and standard deviation. Research results showed that the current situation still has several shortcomings, from planning, selection organizing, using, training, assessing to creating motivation for teachers. The results of this study will provide important information to help managers plan, organize training, foster, test and evaluate, and motivate teachers to organize activities experience career guidance to achieve goals under the new general education program.
