INTRODUCING POLITICAL THEORY IN UNIVERSITIES OF THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY: CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS FOR MODERN EDUCATIONAL REFORM REQUIREMENTS

Abstract

Improving the quality of political theory instruction at the university level in order to meet current educational reform requirements is a pressing concern. The article surveyed and collected feedback from 1,326 students at four member institutions of Thai Nguyen University, namely University of Science, University of Technology, University of Education, and University of Medicine and Pharmacy in order to accurately assess the situation and find solutions. The study's findings indicate that there are still limitations in the teaching of political theory subjects, with the content of the program and the lecturers' teaching methods being important factors that require additional research and modification. The authors argue that flexible teaching methods are required to promote student activity and to teach political theory subjects that must be associated with specialized integration.
