DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-TECH APPLICATION AGRICULTURE CONNECTED WITH NEW RURAL CONSTRUCTION (2008 – 2021) - POLICIES AND RESULTS

Abstract

Development of high-tech application agriculture in association with new rural construction is an objective requirement in order to comprehensively and synchronously solve the problems of agriculture, farmers and rural areas. From 2008 to 2021, the Communist Party of Vietnam determined many guidelines and measures to develop high-tech application agriculture associated with the construction of new rural areas, considering this as a key content of the process of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas. By the historical method and the logical method, combined with the method of synthesis, statistics, comparison, the article highlights the policy and results achieved in the process of the Party leading the development of high-tech application agriculture associated with new rural construction in Vietnam. The research results have confirmed the correctness and creativity of the Party in leading to resolve the relationship between high-tech application agricultural development and the construction of new rural areas. In addition, it proposes some solutions to apply in building the model of “ecological agriculture, modern countryside, civilized farmers” in the coming time.
