Abstract

The content of the paper presents the basic structure of microwave motion sensor and how to apply microwave technology in design sensor's oscillator and amplifier. During the design process, the authors used modeling and computer simulation with the support of specialized software Advanced Design System (ADS). The simulation results show that the Oscillator generates frequency 2.49 Ghz, with an oscillation amplitude of 2.35V. The Amplifier has a scattering coefficient at input and output less than -30dB and the gain of 13.2 dB with frequency 2.49 Ghz. Basically, the Oscillator and Amplifier design are suitable for use in motion sensor fabrication.
