Researching factors affecting first problem in construction of office building in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

This paper presents research results on the influence of groups of factors on fire prevention in the construction of office buildings in Ho Chi Minh City. The author's research results have identified 6 groups of factors and their influence with different weights on the fire prevention and fighting in the construction of high-rise buildings in Ho Chi Minh City, including: yes: Investor; design unit; fire police force; construction unit; characteristics of the project; technology and equipment.
