Analyzing the reasons for the differences between the design and construction of individual housing projects in Tan Phu district

Abstract

This study analyzes causes leading to discrepancies between design and construction in individual housing projects in Tan Phu District. The study has identified 26 causes and 05 main groups of causes leading to the discrepancies between design and construction. The results of the study are expected to help the project participants have a specific view of the causes of the discrepancies between design and construction. This can help them to have the right solutions to avoid or minimize the discrepancies between design and construction.
