Abstract

Fiber-cement sheets are made from the main materials of blend portland cement, pulp-craft, highly activity puzzolanic additivemetakaolin, PVA fibers or basalt fibers on a laboratory equipment system for making the specimens. The equipment is modeled the Hatschek technology. The results of research in the laboratory have selected the ratio of PVA fibers, basalt fibers, metakaolin mineral additives, pulp-craft to receive the maximum bending strengths of the cement-fiber sheets at 12 MPa. The flexural strength and analyzing the surface morphology showed differences in flexural deformation, as well as the transition zone between the fibers and the matrix of cement-PVA fiber and cement-basalt fiber composites.
