Abstract

Construction of underground floors is very complicated, containing many potential risks. Construction incidents are always regrettable, causing great damage to people's lives, properties and efforts. The important underground part of the work is the diaphragm wall, the diaphragm wall is understood as the underground structure surrounding the work. Risk management during diaphragm wall construction is an important task, helping the contractor to be proactive, control and reduce many risks to successfully implement the diaphragm wall construction in particular and the project in general. The article uses the risk management method of high-rise buildings in the underground stage by the Social Network method (SNA) to open up the network structure, examine the relationship, the risk factors affecting the construction efficiency in the underground phase of high-rise buildings of the participating parties.
