The study used questionnaire surveys to research on 203 students of Tay Bac university to find out the current state of their behavioral skills in education. Research results show that students’ behavioral skills in education of VNU University of Languages and International Studies are at an average level. Students’ relationship establishing skills are the best and their flexibility skills in behavior are the lowest. Factors: “Organizational forms for training behavioral skills in education are not yet rich”, “Training programs and teaching methods of lecturers for training behavioral skills in education have more influence on educationstudents’ behavioral skills and “Facilities and conditions, learning tools”, “Materials, teaching submissions, references” have less influence. We propose two measures to improve edcation students’ behavioral skills: Develop students’ ability to self-study, self-research, and self-train behavioral skills in education; Diversify forms of organizing training for behavioral skills in education.
